MAPS Bands is an advanced band based muscle building program that was designed to demonstrate the powerful fitness building, muscle building and fat loss effects of a bands-only workout program. The unique resistance profile and the quick recovery factors unique to proper band training makes this program very different than any of our other programs.

MAPS Bands was created for people who have some resistance training experience and who are serious about muscle building, strength and fitness. Band training will build strength and muscle and does not create as much muscle damage as more conventional resistance training methods. This allows for a very high degree of frequency and intensity to be applied for a new and powerful muscle-building stimulus. MAPS Bands was programmed with all of this in mind to help you achieve all of your strength and fat loss goals utilizing bands only.
